3(2x+14)divided by w-y if w=8,x=5,y=1 how do i solve this

 \frac{3 (2x + 14)}{w - y}
w = 8, x = 5, y = 1

You have to first substitute every variable into its spot in the equation.

 \frac{3 (2x + 14)}{w-y}
 \frac{3 (2*5 + 14)}{8 - 1}

Then solve.

 \frac{3 (28)}{7} = \frac{84}{7} = 12
