I gave you extra numbers after the decimal point in case you have to round higher.
Molarity is the Moles per liter ratio so we need to find how many moles of KBr are in 35 grams which is about 0.29 moles.
So no (0.29)/(0.7)=0.4143
The 0.7 is from 700ml is 0.7 Liters.
